TESDA Offers Free Assessment and Certification

Some  60,000 skilled workers, OFWs, trainers and Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) graduates and graduating students are expected to benefit from the first National TVET Competency Assessment and Certification (NATCAC) Week which will be held on three separate dates this year across the country.

The first assessment will be held from March 28-April 1 in all TESDA centers and administered schools nationwide.

TESDA Director General Joel Villanueva said if the students are able to hurdle all the required competencies, they will be given a national certificate which they can use in applying for jobs in fields that are highly in demand and good-paying.

The assessment and certification are free of charge.
